As Principal of the firm, Leonard P. Baron is a real estate analyst, strategic consultant and University professor whose past engagement clients include developers, private investors, attorneys, corporations, businesses and public agencies. Project assignments include many real estate sectors including residential developments, hotel, office buildings, industrial, retail and mixed-use projects. These include operating cash flow assets and development and sale of assets.
His former employment and experience includes working at Lennar Homebuilding San Diego as the Division Controller, Deloitte & Touche Auditing Firm, Freddie Mac Internal Audit Division, Grand Pacific Resorts, Inc., and on private real estate investments. Mr. Baron brings acknowledged credentials and diverse experience as an advisor and analyst to many successful projects and assignments in the real estate industry.
In his twenty years of real estate work, Mr. Leonard Baron has worked on feasibility analysis, financial modeling, due diligence, highest and best use analysis, strategic consulting, acquisition support and litigation support on matters concerning corporate and partnership investments, redevelopment, and real estate valuations.
